La propiedad estaba cuidada, la limpieza es buena, la persona que nos atendio ha sido muy amable y atenta.Recomendable para ir es tranquilo, pero tiene de todo y cerca la capital.

The property is dreamy beautiful with a tropical garden, modern and traditional architecture, slick decor, wonderful and friendly staff, fresh breakfast, a bar and spacious bedrooms.

Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. Thanks for the complimentary bow of fruits delivered to our room and a litre of drinking water. They also offered an airport transport which is a big bonus.

We came for two days - we stayed five. Is there more to say? The gym? Nice! The spa? Nice. The pool? Nice! I had a burger at the bar on day one. Not the best one. We ate outside at the Italian restaurant nearby for the other days. Highly recommended. The staff at Saccarum was more than helpful and nice. All of them. The beds are comfortable. Very important for me.

The room is modern and very spacious with a kitchenette. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is a big plus. Staff packed us a to go breakfast since our flight leaves early in the morning. I would come back again.

We had a good stay, the reception staff are very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and there was plenty of spare towels, pillows etc. We went on half board basis. Although there was plenty of food, it lacked taste. Buffet menu needs to improve, especially the hot food for vegetarians. Very insipid. Also we felt cheated because we asked for tap water at dinner and got charged for it! The head waiter takes the order for drinks and we felt it was his duty to inform customers that they charge even for tap water! It is ironical that they give free prosecco and at breakfast, but charge for water at dinner!! Customers can make an informed decision about ordering water if the hotel can make them aware of their charges. Overall, the staff are hard working and try very hard to do their best. Not a bad place to stay but be prepared to pay for your water at dinner!
