Covenient location, friendly staff, interior a bit old.

Valet was extremely professional; front desk staff was very helpful. Room was beautiful.

Really good stay at the Thompson. Fantastic location in the Gold Coast area right on the triangle with Gibsons, Tavern on Rush, Bellevue & Luxbar all on the doorstep. Room was great, really comfortable bed, superb shower and toiletries and an amazing view from floor 19. Common areas were really nice - there seemed to be a slight issue with the drains on occasion (!) but that did not affect the rooms at all, just the entrance area. Staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel is nice and in a great location. A lot of good food in the area and easily walkable to many places including the train. Was not a fan of the beds. Very hard and not comfortable. The doors in the hotel are swollen and everyone that left there room had to slam the doors. This was loud and way to often to hear.

Loved free parking, breakfast (turkey sausage), and clean rooms
