Great place for the price. It’s an older hotel so it’s not super fancy but it’s also not run down. It was clean staff was nice and we had a pretty good view of time square. Pretty good restaurants in walking distance, was able to walk to our Broadway show, summit one, 5th ave, Central Park & ofc time square. A good place to stay to hit the main tourist attractions in the area

The staff was so helpful and kind. Our housekeeper was fantastic! Location was great, size of room was great for downtown NYC. We will be back next year! Breakfast options being included, a perk that we loved!!

Room was spotlessly clean. Staff was wonderful. The manager (or assisting mgt) D. Lam was professional, perfect customer service, Lam was exceptional. Give him a raise. All of the front desk staff were on top of things and super courteous

Excellent rooms, location was great. Check in was not very pleasant. Waited in line 3 times before I was able to receive my room, which was after 4:00 that evening. All other amenities were very nice and pleasant.
