I have got a room on 41st floor with the perfect view of WTC. I could just stare at that view the whole day. The room itself was very nice. Only there was a bit musty smell in the shower but it wasn't that strong that I had to complain. The front desk staffs are very nice. I like that the location is very central but not too busy that I hear noises of the street in my hotel room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are extremely dated, furniture is very old needs to be updated asap, extremely weathered.

Room was pretty clean- thermostat was not working- wouldn’t warm up past threshold but wasn’t freezing.

This hotel is a true gem. We were absolutely in love with our gorgeous two-room suite and felt like we wanted to stay there forever. The Bistango restaurant was intimate and charming, and the rooftop bar was stunning with its panoramic view of the city and the new JP Morgan LED lights. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was quite small and very noisy at night, which affected my sleep. I was also unexpectedly woken up by an alarm that had been set by the previous guest. Overall, the price was high compared to the limited services provided.
