Room was ok…tv not in working order…bad air quality in the area…lots of polution due to the proximity to the power plant/rafinery

Hotel was pretty run down but was currently undergoing renovation. Stayed for an event in area so was convenient but not up to usual Dubai hotel standards, rather outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful and the spa is definitely worth a visit.

Room was great, service really friendly and adult pool area was lovely. Really nice team at the pool, especially Sasi, who went out of his way to look after us.

Our stay was fantastic, thank you. Our one slight criticism would be that we found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit in the sun on the beach and around the pool. Practically all the sun beds had towels on them but were never occupied.

I had the deluxe room with partial sea view and it was large, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the tub is too high. You can't beat the location of the hotel. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and so is the marina. The staff is amazing, from the security personnel, the front desk, restaurant employees, to the porters. They were all eager to help.

Check in and check out was seamless. Rooms were clean and well maintained. All amenities were great. Baggage assistance (Porter Services) were quite slow for bringing luggage to and from the room. Tea and coffee were provided in the room but no milk or creamer.
