This is a dated hotel, and the online presence is somewhat deceiving that it’s appropriate for couples. It is categorically a family-oriented hotel. The food options are also dated and the interior design is poor. Incredibly over priced at £500 a night for what is little more than a 4 sta hotel. One day on the beach, it took over an hour to get service. I expected much more and left feeling short changed. Many nicer places to stay in Dubai.

Excellent room, very peaceful stay. Everything was 100 out of 100.

This was my second stay at JA Ocean View Hotel, and once again the experience was exceptional. The hotel consistently delivers a high standard of comfort, service and professionalism, making it a place I return to with complete confidence. Particular recognition is due to Mostafa. On arrival, he remembered me from a previous stay. Nothing makes a guest feel more valued than being recognised and welcomed back in this way. He made checking in super easy. I arrived with an injury and was travelling alone. Mostafa was exceptionally helpful in ensuring that I was comfortable and supported throughout my stay. His assistance was thoughtful, discreet and genuinely kind, and made a significant difference to my experience. JA Ocean View Hotel, and in particular Mostafa, continues to set a benchmark for quality.
