Nice hotel. Not too far out for what we wanted. Would recommend

Room was clean. Towels were clean but did look a bit old/used. Disappointed that they did have slippers in the room.

The shower for the size of the bathroom was too small. there was no shower niche and the stool in the shower was useless. Room service took way too long delivering extra blankets for the children.

Great location, it has the Marquis Theater on the premises, liked stranger things broadway a lot. Room got cleaned every single day. Great view from the room.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Al Viminale Hill and Hotel. The room was perfect for our needs and in a great location for seeing multiple attractions in a single day. Daniele was extremely helpful and easy to contact. When we traveled, there was a nation wide transportation strike and he stepped up and helped us with private transportation when we needed it most. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. Highly recommend this hotel!

On suite private spa ( jacuzzi, steam room, projector with speakers & home entertainment ) was really, really good. Casting your own music or movies was seamless. Very good experience, was my anniversary so they really made an effort. Would surely visit again
