I really enjoyed my stay. It was relaxing with a beautiful atmosphere

Our two butlers Armando and Houston were wonderful. There was valuable information. we did not receive such as what happens if we mistakenly left our safe open and don’t use the tapwater to brush your teeth lol. We really did have attentive service from the butlers and overall from the staff. It was excellent. The food was adequate, but not spectacular. It says something when the best thing at the resort, food, wise, was the ice cream in the buffet and the welcome drink We had problems with our jetted tub and had to request repairs three times. Also, be aware that the shades that come down to protect your privacy. Do nothing when it’s night time and you have lights on in the bathroom. You’re actually giving a show to anyone nearby Would I come here again? Yes, as everyone was friendly, but I would probably choose another resort for issues like having more restaurants open every night and fewer issues with some of the basics. May I say a big thank you to Armando for the birthday banner, champagne, cake, and big huge smile to help me celebrate my day. He went above and beyond!

Awesome!!! Arturo our Butler was amazing and very attentive every day. All the personal was amazing.

The attentiveness and friendliness of staff. Wanda our house keeper was always cheerful and catered to our need especislly my husbands quirkiness about the towels. Room service staff were extremely paitient. I cant recall all the names of the wait staff and bartenders but they were all excellent.

I was staying for the second time at Bahia Ambar. This time the seaweeds spoiled my stay, it was all over the beach and tractors were taking it from one huge pile to another. Because i wasn't able to seim i got overheated and got horrible migraine for 3 days. The water at the pool was hot like in jacuzzi, so it was impossible to cool off. Also the shower by the coco station didn't work. The rooms are getting outdated. I liked the suff though, they brought a pillow top mattress per my request. The food in the buffet was good, but no any chocolate deserts. At French restaurant the air-conditioning didn't work so i didn't enjoy the food because of the heat exhaustion.

Very nice hotel. But the staff isn’t very friendly they don’t even said hello when they see you.but they are good people maybe it’s the way they are
