Parking there is horrible.... Everytime you go in and out you have to $25.00 for the parking.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for Thanksgiving while we were visiting my daughter. We had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was seamless and the agents were helpful and friendly . We had a king sized bedroom that was quite spacious and certainly big enough for two. The bed was comfortable. I am an insomniac but I slept so well while there it was unbelievable . The black out shades were very helpful . My only complaint is that the Nespresso maker was hard to use and not a well designed model. Overall though 9t was just perfect.

This was the cleanest hotel that I've stayed in; in NYC. The staff was friendly and helpful. They cleaned my room daily! My stay was perfect and the location was outstanding.

The room was nice, the bellman were very polite and accommodating;however, the front desk check in ladies were not welcoming or polite. You would think such a nice hotel in every other aspect would teach their front desk hospitality and to smile. Very disappointing and got the stay off to a poor start.
