The hotel location is fantastic - just a short walk away from Copacabana beach. However, the building could be better maintained. Our bed was clean and orderly but the room showed definite signs of wear and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The manager, Antonio was amazing. He provided amazing service and helped to remedy my room concern quickly and with kindness.
Iane was also wonderful staffer that was welcoming and kind.

I would like to thank Manager of front desk (check in, etc). When I had problems with front desk he/she solved it immediately.
The birthday surprise of the hotel for my wife made her and us very happy. They are checking about birth days of their customers. This is great and congrulations!!!!

Windsor Marapendi is my hotel of choice every time I go to Rio for business or leisure. The staff is excellent. The facilities are great and the location is very convenient. Just a few steps from the beach. The beach is clean and safe and the overall experience is always very pleasant when I’m here.
