I loved the staff, they were super friendly and not phased by a wet cyclist (me).

Staff were incredibly helpful, we had Treatments in the Spa which were amazing. Food in the Restaurant was vey good.

The location and the staff

We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need. Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen. On a brighter note the staff are fantastic and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks. See you soon

While very comfortable, the bed especially, and basically clean and useable, the cliff top room was not scrupulously clean, heavily dusty in places, had broken curtain and blind that were then not properly fixed when raised, the lit magnifying mirror in the bathroom didn’t work and had thick dust on the back, the heated towel rail didn’t and again the lower rungs not wiped clean of dust and rust. One bath robe for the two of us, which we didn’t mind or raise as we don’t use them, no towels on arrival, which were brought upon asking, or hand soap in the bathroom. The ironing board was not there which the porter said he would get but didn’t, again we didn’t raise it as we didn’t have a need. The main hotel looked very plush, the hot breakfast buffet was okay, staff very good and helpful. View from the room was great, looked out at the sea over a disused, covered pool area. Dinner on the first evening was again okay, staff again helpful, but we didn’t think we must do that again and ate elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. Overall a little underwhelming for expectations and price. Would we go again, possibly but would expect the issues to have been addressed as we did say the the housekeeping manager should take a look and see if that room met the hotel standards.
