The property is totally different like the pictures and rating on line the rooms are very old bathroom fixtures leaking no A/C on the commons areas apparently years ago go this hotel was one of the best ones but not anymore staff unprofessional people I really have a very bad experience on this hotel highly not recommended for staying and the prices are similar like RIU Hilton Marriott unfortunately in my trip those hotels wasn't booked

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who carried my bags to my room. I wish I could remember his name, but he had to be in his early 20s. The rooms are beautiful. My bathroom could have been a smidge cleaner as the toilet and shower glass door could have been cleaner, but otherwise the room was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.
