This hotel is across from the train station so it’s super convenient. If you arrive early, you can drop your bags and begin your journey. The staff is very kind. I didn’t eat there so I cannot attest to the dining. It’s walkable to old town about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace. The only thing I would say is don’t stay on the street side it’s you hear everything. So not great for a good night’s sleep. But I would stay at the hotel again.

More pillows and blankets needed in the rooms.

Fabulous views of the lake. Great dining options on the property. Terrific spa and pool area. I highly recommend.

Refused a refund when I accidentally double booked. Tried to straighten it out 5 minutes later and they refused refund. Cost me thousands. Will not stay there again

In every area, our stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely get the romantic dinner for two: most exquisite meal we've ever had. Each course was phenomenal. Spa facilities were world class with fantastic view of Alps. Skip the outdoor pool; it was freezing cold. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. After working 20 years in surgery, I have very high standards for cleanliness: A here. Highly recommend.
