Place was clean and spacious. Didn’t like the fact checking in they tell you that you must do a time share presentation. I said no where did it state that. They have all your information and continuously call.

Didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast Val took more than 30 minutes to fetch vehicles. Staff was not friendly atmosphere was loud at all hours of the day. The temperature outside was cold. Didn’t get a chance to go to the pool.

Ok, here it goes. The staff at the Conrad are incredible. We checked without luggage because Frontier lost it and we still don’t have it. Expedia was not at all helpful and never advised the 12 hour flight delay or check in at all. The boutique manager was absolutely wonderful helping us with door dash and tracking down ladies underwear in the spa. Speaking of the Spa, George may be the kindest man I’ve ever known. Alix at the bar was also friendly, sympathetic and kind. If only Expedia and Frontier had staff like the Conrad this would be the best trip ever.
