Surprising good hotel. I wasn't expecting a fully renovated and modern hotel in Venice. Location was convient too. Lots of good resuturants nearby and access to water bus to get around the island and further points. A fast water bus shuttle to the airport, very close to the hotel. Great breakfast and very clean rooms.

Great location. We parked at Tronchetto and took the shuttle boat from the parking area (€10 per person) to Venice. The hotel is very close to the San Marco/San Zaccaria area, so once we arrived by boat we were immediately in the heart of Venice. St. Mark’s Square and many major attractions were just a short walk away. Family room has double bed (larger than king) and two twin beds. Expedia listing has a queen but actually it is larger. Breakfast is also worth it.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

Great hotel, 20 minutes walk from st marks square, great waterfront hotel with easy access to everything.

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Stunning hotel and the spa and pools were truly incredible..... Found out the waters flow for 25 years underground from the Alps and have medicinal healing abilities for joints and aging and so much more

This hotel is a real gem! It’s an older hotel but it’s very well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The staff is friendly and welcoming and their breakfast is out of this world! I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again if I’m ever back in Verona.

Hotel is out of the old town which is an easy 15 minute walk. Well maintained with comfortable rooms it is a good base for a trip to Verona. The airport is only 15 minutes away by taxi.

This is an amazing location for the wonderful view. It is roughly a few kilometers from the Limone center and therefore you have to find a walkable path. It is very modern… a bit sterile and super clean. I loved my stay once I figured out the lay of the land. I didn’t like seeing the campground under the road from my room or the noise from the road because you are close to the road. However I would stay here again for the cleanliness, the view and the slightly out of town location. Everyone is super friendly. There at e a few cute beach bars under the bridge as well

Hébergement extrêmement bien situé, chambre petite mais propre, tout ce dont on a besoin pour deux nuits! Cependant jamais vraiment de personnel présent et instruction pour Check-in plus ou moins clair. Pas d’air climatisé mais il n’était pas spécifié qu’il en avait donc en gros belle expérience pour un court séjour je recommande surtout si vous ne voulez pas payer cher!
