Valpolicella Beach Holidays

Everyone there was amazing, kind and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of Venice. We’d definitely stay there again!

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Beautiful hotel

We booked for three nights and on arrival were given a room in the building adjacent to the main hotel We had a small bathroom , a bedroom , an open living area and a kitchen which included a sink, microwave and hob , however we had no pots or pans , plates , cutlery or glasses so these facilities were of no use , no kettle or cups to make a hot drink in morning Continental breakfast was lovely in the mornings and the staff very pleasant in all areas that we accessed

Great place, accommodated the entire family and the staff was excellent. They handled everything you could possibly need.

Excellence everywhere!

Upon arrival I was told I actually was not staying at Adua, but instead at a different one a 27 minute walk away. I had originally booked this hotel due to the location to the train station being close. We got there and the toilet was broken and had no toilet seat, I called the manager and he said all he could do was provide free breakfast in the morning. Come the morning and there was no staff or breakfast. We were given dirty sheets and told to use the main bathroom in the dining room. Would not recommend unless you are staying for only the night.
