If u drive to Venice, parking your car outside Venice is a nightmare. Contact hotel staff before arrival for direction on how best to park car and get to the hotel. Will save you a lot of headaches.

We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely upgrade to our room! The hotel rooms are wonderful. Very comfortable and quiet.
The lagoon is right outside the front door and is stunning at all times of the day.
It is a bit of a walk to the main square but easily doable.

"The location is excellent. We walked with our two log edges from the train station to the hotel and it took us 25-20 minutes. We also had tickets to an event at the Verona Arena and we walked there as well, which took us about 20 minutes. The breakfast was amazing with many options.the staff couldn’t ..."
