Copenhagen West Beach Holidays

Firstly, no kettles in the rooms which wasn't ideal as we required hot water. Usually kettle and tea/coffee facilities come as standard. We asked for late check out when we dropped the bags off, they said we weren't able to do late check out until the day, when we checked in later that day they were able to process the late check out there and then - this was 3 days before check out - all depends on who you speak to. We paid for late check out, when we got back to the room after completing the half marathon we found that the keys had not been programmed and we were unable to get into our room. In fairness, this issue was resolved quickly and the manager did apologise. When we did come to check out, we had late check out on 2 rooms, we were told that the payment hadn't been made, we then had to spend 10 minutes disputing with the receptionist that we had paid, even getting the proof up on phones. Not ideal. Overall, a decent hotel, clean and comfortable, bathroom is good and hairdryer is included - just lacking some basic i.e tea/coffee making facilities in the room - you can get a coffee from reception but these are extremely small and they didn't have any large cups. I would recommend the hotel, just be aware of the points above :)

The Hotel is Beautiful with the surrounding areas. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The ambiance is spectacular views all around. Close to train station and big shopping center. You can easily walk to downtown. The only thing I will say is that. Rooms are small but beautiful.

Staff were lovely and that's pretty much where it ends. Room had dust over surfaces especially over the bed, the duvet and pillows were yellow and nasty and the carpet and walls were stained, windows were filthy and the shower room always smelt bad and like drains. The hotel also provides zero extras in the rooms. No kettle, fridge, bottled water. Not even cotton buds just soap and shampoo. Location is good near a metro but you are once again youre greeted in reception by a massive brown stain on the roof and it doesn't look very promising for your stay. I slept well, however I'd steer away from this hotel in future
