very nice and clean rooms . excellent service from the staff in all areas.
plenty of shops - and restaurants within the hotel. high end shops as well.
gondola rides are a pleasure to watch or experience.
fashion mall - just across the street. AND- many restaurants just close by.
whta's not to like about set up like this .

There were no real amenities and what was there was closed or such limited hours they were not available for someone who was attending daytime meetings. The property was beautiful and well maintained, however signage indicating where to go for Uber/ specific locations were difficult to follow. No microwave or fridge in the room and even the coffee pods in room were a charge. Way more expensive than it’s worth. My favorite part was the soaker tub.
