Check in and general help and information services were amazing, especially Brian and Monica. From booking taxis for me at all hours, printing my conference presentation notes, arranging my coworking space at their sister hotel across the street. Xavier, the housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise - and a promotion!!
