9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,855 reviews)
Overall really pleased with our stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoyed it.
Overall staff and hotel are excellent.
My only issue this time round is that I paid for our stay through Expedia early October when booking. On checkout last Friday 30th Sea Containers have then charged us full price again. I’ve spoken to 4 separate front desk staff to get this resolved as I’ve now had to pay this again off my credit card and on all 4 occasions no-one has resolved this or called me back when they said they would.
I’ll open a charge dispute with them now as this is frankly terrible of the hotel and their desk staff.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,680 reviews)
There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything.

Breakfast in the morning was very busy. One morning we were not able to get breakfast before we headed out because the line waiting for seating was so long. Also, another morning they were out of several food items like yogurt, fruit, sour dough bread. It seems like they need more seating available. Other than that our stay was great and the staff was very helpful.

This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised.
The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay.
Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!
