This location is primarily a place where people live as in an apartment complex. The hotel part of it seems to be more for people doing longer stays. That means you’re not get the normal amenities or service you would get with a more traditional hotel. It is not a bad location, but I would try not to stay here again.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. Everyone was super kind & you never really have to leave the hotel.. plenty of shops and restaurants right there in the hotel!
Breakfast was not included, but there is breakfast on site.. there’s cheap breakfast and expensive breakfast all depends on what you are in the mood for. Wonderful stay over all!!!

This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again.

Property is clean and workable, but far from what it could be with proper maintenance and some investment in the rooftop pool area. Expedia and online photos of the property make the pool (and entire facility) appear nicer than reality.
