The hotel itself is well maintained, and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the overall service was disappointing. Check-in took about 30 minutes, and our room was not ready until 4:30 PM. Few servers at the breakfast buffet and ice cream shop came across as cold and unwelcoming. One staff member from concierge was especially dismissive when I simply asked for directions. Breakfast was average, and there were quite a few flies around the buffet area, which was unpleasant. Overall, nice property and clean rooms, but the service level definitely needs improvement.
