Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all.

The most ridiculous check-in of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at… They never let you check in before 4 PM unless you pay a $40 early check-in fee… I tried to check in around noon on a Wednesday. They said there was a room available but I would have to pay the early check-in fee… These people are crooks and have no idea what good customer service is… I will never stay in a Margaritaville hotel again… I’ve stayed there probably 10 different times and each time they try to get the fee from me and each time I asked for a general manager of the hotel they always tell me there is no one there

Definitely an older property. But reasonably priced considering the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I guess my only comment was that it is very crowded. It’s been over a decade since I stayed at the hotel Del and I was literally shocked at the expanse and how incredibly crowded it was.
