Our stay at the Cleveland went very smoothly. The staff were friendly and efficient, and very kindly contacted me after checkout to let me know I had left something behind. I wouldn't hesitate about staying there again. All in all a great experience

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I have to say that the staff were very cheerful, helpful and approachable. They would answer questions, give directions with a smile and very patient. They were the best staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay there again next. I highly recommend this place. Also it is in a very good location.

Loved the hotel my only gripe was the bed was not the most comfortable. It would have been 5* if the bed had been good. Staff were really friendly. The breakfast was nice.
