Nice location in the new Gulch area, modern amenities and rooms, very clean. Pricey

This is an adorable boutique hotel, I just think they spent so much time designing it fabulously that they didn’t think about functionality, the rooms are swanky but there are no doors to separate the bathroom so the clear glass shower and frosted glass water closet (toilet) are just out there for whoever is staying with you to share the experience, lol, so make sure you’re ok with that much intimacy, not a lot of towels and washcloths, only had one washcloth, it seems the rooms are just for one person, I’m not a fan of the community body wash containers, I just think it’s not sanitary, give me the individual travel size ones, the shower is zero entry (not step up to get in or lip to keep water in), so you can’t put a towel down bc the door sweeps the floor, two people can’t get ready in the bathroom either, no hooks to hange jackets etc on, there are way too many hotels around so I wouldn’t stay here again, getting a one bedroom suite and paying way more will take care of all of those issues if you do stay, I think, the rooftop bar was amazing, views from the rooms are awesome, too. Very expensive to stay here, valet $73, water in room $12, no perks, except location near all the hot spots and restaurants and bars. Had brunch at their restaurant downstairs, slow service, food good, was there for a bday party, great food and service, though weren’t very detail oriented (hot reception room, food passes slow, event coordinator forgot to do the champagne toast),

I stayed here this weekend with a few friends to celebrate my bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! Even more perfect than I could imagine. We stayed in the 4 bedroom suite which was more than enough space for all of us for the weekend. It was very clean, modern, & kitchen is full of gadgets to stay comfortable during your stay. The location is absolutely amazing with stores, restaurants, & several coffee places in walking distance. The hotel lobby also serves frothy monkey coffee and had scones each morning for you to take. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even left our suitcases there after check out to keep exploring before it was time to head to the airport. I totally recommend this place and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nashville!! This is truly a gem.

The furniture was a little dated. Looks nice in the pictures, but the wear was very noticeable. The room also had a mildew smell. But this was not a deal breaker. This is a first class hotel. If you are not ready to pay for all of the amenities and tips, go somewhere else. You pay for the location. The staff was super friendly.

Highly recommend- We stayed for a weekend for concert/sightseeing and found the guest house to be very clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Ryman and downtown sites. Very easy to communicate with Avant- though we had no issues during stay, they outreached via text each day and provided phone number to contact if there was any need. We will book with them again.

Staff was the best we have stayed with, location was perfect for our running race. First time to Nashville will return and stay at the JW

Beautiful hotel. Updated rooms, thoughtfully decorated. I utilized the spa which was very relaxing. Rooftop bar, pool & gym are the cherry on top!
