8.4/10 Very good! (283 reviews)
Great location and excellent breakfast. A special shout-out to Gabriela for her outstanding service! The bathtub could use a more thorough cleaning, but overall, we had a very good stay.

Check in was great. Rooms were good. Overall hotel layout was complex over many different levels. Main access was off a very steep road, beware anyone with walking difficulties. Very disappointed by over priced dinners and bars. Breakfast was good. Very disappointed with no late check out facility for late flight departures especially as the hotel appearedto be half empty and the spa showers were very poor quality and no substitute for a room to have a shower before leaving for a late flight.

Staff was exceptional. Each day they greeted us with warm smiles. They enjoyed working at the hotel and interacting with guests. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are a bit outdated though. The breakfast is high quality.
