Hotel is nicely decorated, staff were very friendly, particularly breakfast staff who were cheerful and efficient. Breakfast itself was very nice indeed with a super choice. Bar area was lovely with well priced cocktails. Leisure facilities were lovely to use - all in all a very pleasant relaxed stay

Hotel is old, room is large but nothing special. Poor light with high window, old toilet you have to pump, no bathroom fan, no air distribution system working. Only open the window and wall heater. Lifts are old. Staff ok. Parking not very close by. Good location in old part of city. There are newer hotels near by. Poor value for money.

Exactly as expected for the price—nothing fancy but a decent & clean small room in a good area. Would have been nice to have a place besides the lobby to drop bags. Didn’t have breakfast but it looked OK. Also, old folks note: no lift.

Well worth the money
"Love the Ibis Budget. You get what it says. A nice sized room , no extras like tea or coffee, just a decent sized clean room with seperate shower. Tea, coffee and vending machines are in reception plus an area for breakfast. Love it ."
