Todo muy bien, el desayuno fantástico, lo único que llamó la atención es que es hotel de 4 estrellas y no cuenta con acondicionador para el cabello, como tampoco body cream. El lavatorio del baño no corría bien y estaba demasiado viejo en comparación con lo remodelado que está el hotel. No remodelaron los baños. Y el A/C no era de lo mejor. La atención excelente, la ubicación inmejorable.

Superb hotel and staff that pay attention to detail and are willing to help at any time. The hotel is in a great location for traveling around Krakow with easy access to all you need. The breakfast is wonderful with a vast variety. I would highly recommend it and would like to praise the staff, especially the reception/front desk and their very charming Manager! It proved to be a very good choice for celebrating my birthday! Thank you very much indeed.
