Excellent location with regards to transit and the airport, 15minutes or less to the historical center, large rooms by European standards... I feel it offers excellent value and would stay here again for my event next year again.

We loved our stay. It is a very nice resort and we felt deserved the 5 stars it has. We especially loved the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay. It felt like we were at a fancy resort and they even made us special omelettes and eggs Benedict fresh from the kitchen! The spa, gym and pools were also fantastic! It was however quite a walk to the water but rode shares and the trams were cheap enough to get around. Would return and recommend!

Stunning resort with beautiful grounds and spacious rooms. The staff and pool area were great. Loved the overlook and path to the beach.

All we wanted was clean comfortable and helpful and we got that 100 percent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and simple with some healthy options. There's a nice swimming pool on the rooftop and the location was great. Easily get to the beach within 5 minutes of walking. Unfortunately we got unlucky with our room, we got a bottom room with view onto the street. The walls are paper thin and can hear other guests showering and any cars going by but overall its quiet enough at night. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, spring mattresses. The initial walk-in to the room, we got hit by a strong, bad smell from the bathroom, possibly smelled like the sewers. Disgusting. Wouldn't recommend staying for longer than 3 nights with that smell. But other than that, the hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Good stay, hotel is super clean and on the whole helpful staff. Breakfast room is so nice with the sea view. In this visit a problem with our shower cubicle which was only resolved by us moving rooms the following day & hopefully it will get fixed before anyone else gets allocated that room as it a hazard. Giving extra towels to mop up isn’t the answer. Given vouchers for a drink to compensate for the inconvenience but then was told by the bar tender only one could be used per transaction. Eventually conceded but not the best customer service and so my review isn’t as glowing as usual as a frequent guest.
