The rooms are clean and well equipped/thoughtful. The staff are professional. We did not have a meal there only because we had busy travel days as well given the proximity to the City centre -- many options available. Overall I would recommend staying there.

Had bed bugs...rooms were tiny...They told us it fits 3 people but when we arrived they charged us an extra $75. Location was good,close to shopping.

This had to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. This only comes second to the Aman in Kyoto. Even then the spa was worthwhile travelling for. Every single time I come back to the city I will stay at this hotel, no matter what.
