The room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Many small areas in the bathroom area needed to be cleaned especially some of the grout in the shower and areas around the shower. The hallways on the 25th floor looked as though they had hand prints all over them.

This is a prime Time Square location. It's an old, noisy hotel but has so much character and the wine happy hour is great. Rooms are good size too! The included breakfast is grab-and-go, but it's great.

Great value for a Manhattan stay. The most courteous staff. Fast and efficient check-in/check-out. Early check-in wasn’t guaranteed but was easy and without hassle. Wonderful location, close proximity to many restaurants, sites, and subway station.
