Staff very helpful; room clean

Beautiful view from the room! The room and bathroom were very clean with a shower that got nice and hot. Every staff member we interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast too!

I was really pleasantly surprised by how nice and comfy the hotel was, as well as being clean and well maintained. The two desk clerks were very helpful also, as well as managing the small downstairs bar which was a nice feature. The place is by the train station and it seemed perfectly safe to me. The walk to the beach was just over 15 minutes, so quite convenient.

Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location This hotel can be much better with more upkeep The rooms were very clear and comfortable

Fantastic views! Really felt like a medieval village

Exceptional customer service from everyone incountered that is impressive. Hotel is a bit dated but in very good condition with nice beach club. Only knocks are its a bit far from main attractions (30min walk to casino and 60min to Palace) and other restaurants

I expected a little more service for this amount of money, e.g. to have new towels during our stay.
