The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent, and everything was extremely clean. The bar area was beautiful and very Instagram-worthy, making it a great spot for photos.

It was the smallest, shabbiest most basic hotel room I have stayed in for a long time. Beds uncomfortable, bathroom tiny and needs redecorating. Room service poor options and then cancelled the order after waiting nearly an hour for it. Vastly overpriced for what it is.

Clean room, staff were friendly and free parking

I was shocked on arrival that they would not accept a card from Google Wallet and insisted on an actaual card. What possible difference can it make. Fortunately there was someone else in the party who had a card on them. Really., in the 21st century.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful grounds and good self service breakfast choice.

Centrally located. Close to the train station which is helpful as there are traffic restrictions on Coney Street. Pack an umbrella in case it rains.
