We just didn’t appreciate having to book two rooms for 3 people. As a family we should be able to stay together. Also being charged at another Eurostars hotel 346.07 cdn (Montreal) when we were clearly staying in Lisbon. And not being refunded because we cancelled. Terrible.

Right from the start the hotel staff make you feel special. The hotel is very grand but feels welcoming. The pool area is lovely and there is nice bar for the evenings. Breakfast is very good with Plenty of choice for fresh fruit and yoghurt, continental, hot breakfast, sweet options as well as vegan and allergy friendly choices. The rooms are nicely appointed with Molton Brown toiletries and plenty of storage. We keep returning and the standards are consistently high. The location is ideal for exploring as there is a train station a 5 minute walk away to visit Lisbon and a promenade to the next town along - Cascais which is well worth a visit, alongside the many beaches. Buses will also get you to Sintra/guincho. The hotel will obviously book taxis if you prefer.
