No cold water, did get offered to take a shower in another room the night before leaving. Soap hold fell of shower wall, glass in window was loose on the 6th floor. Door knobs were loose and raggedy. My daughters said the rooms were dirty. Very disappointing stay. Will be looking for better options in Orlando in the future. Floridays used to be one of my family favorite hotels.
