Accessible to all; the park, train station, convenient stores, coffee shops, etc. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, very clean, and beds are comfortable. Overall, exceeds my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner.
Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay.
Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home.
Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel.
Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.

Location is great - right next to Shin Kobe station - don’t worry you can’t hear a thing -
Also right next to cable car to the herb garden -a must do trip
Good access to shops restaurants
Liked the hotel tea lounge
Did not like smell of smoking in corridors / room
