This hotel was great! Staff was super friendly a d helpful. They had a locking luggage storage closet. There was also a bunch of lighting in the room which is great! Most hotels I stay at nowadays you can barely see in. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel in the heart of Oslo, Norway. Wonderful customer service, convenient, walking distance to the sights and restaurants nearby. Lots of shopping area with the vicinity as well. Highly recommended.

Overall the hotel had charm, but the rooms were dated, carpet was dirty in places and the service wasn't great. Specifically Tom, the booking manager, was very unhelpful and rude. Thankfully the hotel manager, Henrietta, stepped in and helped me. I would stay again if they did a complete remodel of all rooms and trained their staff in proper customer service and just being polite.
