"Very very basic room, toilet in cupboard, shower leads into room. Outlook onto back alley, tatty and tatty corridors, no plugs near mirror for hair dryer etc. No tea/coffee in room. Breakfast ok poor quality bread, toaster slow, coffee machine filthy. Looked and felt dirty"
