Only one negative - the shower spluttered a bit, sending occasional bursts of scaldingly hot water. Also the shower cubicle is a bit of a step down to get out of - a grab rail would be a good idea.

The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things.
