Oslo - Southern Norway Cheap Holidays

We had a leak in our ceiling for our entire visited that was never fixed during our visit. We did get a a couple of free breakfast and late checkout. They should have moved us and kept telling us that the leak as fixed.

The room was so dark even all the lights on

Beautiful, well maintained hotel. It’s huge with a small feel. Rooms are small but well appointed. Breakfast buffet is lovely. Convenient location to everything!

Way too expensive for a hippie "green" hotel. TV didn't work.

As I said the second day stay we found the spider in the floor walking close to the wall going towards the adjoining room. If you need to see I have the photo from that day inside the room floor. The rooms must be with absolutely no rodent so not sure how Expedia mandating cleanliness for the sticker house keeping check inspections.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Stockholm Central and city center. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. Would highly recommend.

The good: Breakfast buffet had very good selections. The hotel is within walking distance to all public transportation including the central train station, and most tourist attractions. The staff was friendly & quite helpful. The bad: My room has zero storage so I had to place my clothes on the other side of the bed. Not even a luggage rack for the luggage. To keep my clothes off the floor, everything was on the other side of the bed. I heard the same issue from another guest who had a twin bed. Only half the room had overhead lighting. During my entire 6 night stay, I didn't have the room cleaned. On my last night I found a used condom under the bed which I had no idea what it was until after I touched it (ewwwww). That should've been cleaned before I checked in. I felt disgusted touching it, though. I told the front desk about it when I checked out and she was totally shocked and apologized for it. She said she'd let the staff know. I'd still consider coming back but the lack of storage & living out of the suitcase on the bed is another issue.
