I must be honest I expected a little bit more. Especially the TV. You have to download an app to mirror your phone to the screen I would think for the amount of money this hotel charges that they would have updated TVs that already have YouTube and Netflix on them. I went for the Kanye West concert and was kind of disappointed that they only had Cable that when I went to go download the app to mirror my phone to the TV it did not work other than that. The Steve was great. Breakfast could’ve been a little bit better. The line was very long for the à la cart breakfast. Seemed a little bit unorganized, but the staff, we’re trying their best to get food out to the guests. I thought that it was a sitdown breakfast that was included in my night, but it was actually just like a sandwich and a fruit cup and a bagel.

Extremely convenient location for tourists taking in the downtown/Navy Pier scenery. Views from the rooms were spectacular. Cost is a bit high for the size and amenities you get. Staff was helpful for assisting with early check-in possibilities although a 4pm check in as normal protocol is ridiculous.
