Staff is amazing. Hands down. But the room smellt really musky, turned out the filter was mouldy, room smelt like air freshener for 2 days, then it went back to musky (our clothes smelt like our room by the end).. beer is the best at the sportsbar, everywhere else its a little water down. Again, staff amazing. I always had enough water and snacks in my room. Was very well treated. Restaurants - buffet is good, and the italian and the steak house, everything else very mediocre. The music is insanely loud at the pool and the beach, all morning and afternoon, definitely not the place to take my elderly mom, but would've been a better vibe with my boyfriend (in our 30s). Over all, I'd give it a 10/10 given the price, but I've traveled to turks and caicos and other islands at 5 star hotels and this wouldn't come close to it. And next time with my mom specifically, I would book an adults only and maybe spend a little more. I would come back here with my boyfriend, though. Next door to us was a family with young kids and we could hear them through the night.. we talked to them and it helped a bit. But hey, sunshine, unlimited drinks, and a huge variety of food, it was a great get away.

The staff was PHENOMENAL! We had some experiences that would have been rated lower if the staff hadn't been so friendly and outstanding. For example, the ceiling in our room leaked after a rainfall, so much so that the ceiling fell down. The staff however was very responsive and quick to patch it up.

The resort offers a stunning impression, but lacks the 5 star experience. We booked a "Superior Room", but were given a tiny room with two single beds, no balcony or window, a broken AC, a broken fridge. We requested a room change, and luckily they accommodated our request and moved us to a more spacious room with a double bed and a balcony; the fridge was broken in this room too, and although we complained, nothing was done. The shower room and toilet featured glass doors, which offered no privacy. Poor room insulation, you could hear everything. We were frequently woken up by the sound of screaming children and even had a neighbor’s child repeatedly trying to open the locked connecting door at 1AM. Not great general cleanliness and poor amenities. The "Sunbed Competition". Unless you wake up at 6AM to claim a sunbed with a towel, you will not find a chair at the pool or the beach. It is frustrating to see empty sunbeds reserved for hours without anyone using them while you have nowhere to sit. The beach was neglected and covered in algae that was poorly cleared once, making the oceanfront almost unusable. The buffet quality is poor. Don't have high expectations for the onsite restaurants too. Most staff speak very little English, which leads to confusion. We often received conflicting information depending on who we asked. While some staff were enthusiastic, others were outright rude. The animation provided great entertainment both at the pool/beach and the theatre

Kept up well. Our butler Angelo was Awesome. Clean bathrooms. Free room upgrade. We also enjoyed all the brands of canned beer and bottled water available. We thought the food was quite good also. Kind people working at the resort.
