Everything in the Emporio hotel was excellent with all their staff being super. The only issue that we had and it isn’t the hotel itself was that the beach wasn’t that good with big and strong waves. I’m already thinking about our next visit to this hotel. Good and drinks were abundant and excellent.

We had a great stay! It's an excellent hotel for families. The entertainment team is amazing, Belem from the mini club was incredibly patient and sweet with the kids. Darwin, one of the waiters, was also super kind and attentive. The food was delicious.
I do have two complaints: we were there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and even though I let the front desk and restaurant staff know in advance, no one really did anything special, which was disappointing. Also, making restaurant reservations was a hassle, they have several restaurants, but getting a spot felt nearly impossible.
Still, overall we had a great time and would recommend it for families!
