Staff were courteous, and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel had good food. Centrally located. The room was mediocre. The shower leaked, not enough bath mats to mop up the leak, even though we asked for extra. It was mainly a design flaw in the bathroom. The ssrvers in the restaurant left much to be desired. The service was lack lustre to say the least.

The hotel is perfectly central located in Chiado District in old Lisbon, close to shopping stores, licor store Garrafeira Nacional, lots of restaurant options walking distance. Very clean room and common areas. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The amenities in the room includes: Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine and coffee pods, kattle with selection of tea, minifridge, bathroom amenities. Great bar at the lobby.
Highly recommend this hotel for business or tourist travel to Lisbon.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing! We ended up having dinner here one night as well and was pleasantly surprised by the options and quality! The room was very spacious however the bathroom needed some upgrades! The hotel was always clean and the room was amazing!
