Pool was nice a little cool but you got used to it. We’re more beach people so we spent most of our time there.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Claudia,Isabelle, Yeplady (?) and Eduardo??, (not sure of the last two’s names sorry) went above and beyond! Rooms were well cleaned daily. Food was great!

We never went to a elacart due people can book online prior to getting to hotel so people who never been there have no chance to go to a meal, no people around the pools asking for drink orders ,having to pay to see some of the shows is not all inclusive resort, the prices at the gift shop are very high also,having one room key is inconvenient

Everything was incredible. I’ve stayed at a lot of resorts and this was top two. The staff is so attentive and friendly. The food was delicious no matter which place you ate at. I would stay here again.

Incredible location! The beach and scenery was absolutely breathtaking and the view from my room was spectacular. The rooms are a little tired and worn, but you don’t spend a lot of time in them anyway. staff were so kind and attentive food and drinks were fantastic. We will definitely be back.
