The property was well maintained overall (didn't love the showers), but had an issue with the washing machine and it was resolved immediately. Housekeeping, maintenance, waitstaff, and bartenders were all extremely friendly and courteous. Service was prompt. Not much to do in the evenings aside from dinner. No entertainment, or nice bar areas at night. During a medical emergency- there was a few issues with transporation to the hospital and then an unpleasant moment with the concierge afterward. But overall a great resort.

The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.

Fantastic stay after last visit 4 years ago. Staff was exceptionally helpful with every aspect of the trip and off-site tours as well. Even without using the all-inclusive benefits on many days, the exceptional staff alone makes me gravitate to this property when I’m in Isla Mujeres.
