My second stay and for good reason. I'd have no hesitation returning again.

A wonderful complex, staff always there when needed. Peaceful and relaxing

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, the spa circuit was very enjoyable and all of the meals were top class

Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. As this was our third visit to Dreams we feel it would be a useful option if Preferred Club visitors could know in advance that they are getting the room they want. Something to consider perhaps? Staff were brilliant, breakfast wonderful. Disappointed that the Spa was not open - feel this should have been flagged up when we were looking to book. Hotel website still shows it as open. No doubt we will return.

A wonderful complex, staff always there when needed. Peaceful and relaxing

Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Very convenient location and even an Aldi supermarket just iver the road ! Even an on site shop if you can't face a five minute walk. Sufficient sun loungers but always a ten o'clock rush for the best spot.

Room was spacious and clean. Grounds kept well.
