Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. Lack of practical storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Noisy air con. Lack of ambience in bar area. Lack of English tv channels. Location long way from centre lack of hotel information about local buses etc.

We had a great stay, no complaints... everything was amazing.

Great location , easy to go to town and train station . Peaceful surrounding and safe . Takes about 8 min to train station from where you can go to various places . We visited Lake Garda 2 days in row . Best was Riva del Garda . Train to Rovereto costs about 6 euro and bus from there to Lake about 2.40 . Great day out and comfortable return by Ferry to Limone ( brief stop) and ferry to Desenzano and train back to Ark.
