It was pretty worn out and not reflective of the newer design and upgrades made to other rooms. Lot of wear and tear including worn out interiors.

I did not like the room for the past 12 years I have been staying at the plaza Hotel it need to clean a little better before the guests go inside thank you.

Clean, safe and convient location with great prices.

Hallways were left uncleaned the entire 5 day stay. Stayed on floor 19 and the same garbage was seen every day we stayed meaning staff saw the trash on the floor and just left it. For me, that's bad customer service. The location is of course great but just disappointing to see such a lack of care into the cleanliness of the facility when we are paying resort fees without access to a pool. You would think the least they could do would be pick the trash up off the floor

The room was excellent only after I protested for the room I reserved…I’ve stayed here before and was given !!
