Room was very spacious with a nice view, but breakfast wasn’t very fresh and good. Location was ok.

What a wonderful hotel! The Gran Via is not for those looking for a quiet bungalow to relax. This gem is really an oasis from the hustle of the city outside. The rooms always kept spotless, the buffet staff and breakfast delightful. Always looked forward to returning after a long day of touring Madrid. Truly a home away from home. Highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the action with stellar views and service.

Loved this hotel! Such a vibe

Really great hotel, reception area is really well decorated and welcoming. Staff explained everything superbly. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but looked like there were tons of choices. Only a short walk to the nearest metro and train station too

It was a really nice stay. Loved the neighborhood and the metro station was like 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Loved this hotel! Such a vibe

I like the place coz it’s walking distance to the metro and center but it’s not a hotel. There’s no reception. It’s an apartment. Not 24 hour . The main door is locked . I came to the place around 2 am good thing there’s a guy who came out and I was able to get in the building . Waited again. Somebody came down and told me the person in charge is in the 3rd floor. . I was gonna leave and find a real hotel. But tried to knock at the door so loud finally a guy came out awaken by my banging at the door . It’s crazy . Next time you have to check clearly the place you are staying .
