Lovely hotel altho the room we were in had absolutely no view .Only of a wall opposite .Also very noisy , was woken by noise in the corridor .Self check in was good but would hve preferred face to face check in .

We were not there long enough for amenities. The bathroom sink drain needs work and the shower in another room we reserved was not working properly. The restaurant was very good and the setting was very nice.

Bedroom was large but old style bathroom
Corridor carpets need a good clean as they are heavily stained. Needs decorating at least!!!
Had to go down to reception twice to remind them to change broken kettle. Not a good greeting from delivery person.
Her attitude was poor!!.

The hotel lobby and amenities were really nice, however, the rooms were pretty standard for a Conrad and the price that you pay. I’ve stayed at much nicer Conrad hotels. We stayed at the Intercontinental in Dublin as well and I would say that it’s a better hotel for the price point.
